Senator Siobhan Dunnavant Endorses Keeney for Congress
GOOCHLAND, Va. – On the heels of another major endorsement from former Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell, the momentum continues with State Senator Siobhan Dunnavant endorsing Taylor Keeney’s run for Congress. The 12th Senate District that Dunnavant represents is within the 7th Congressional District.
“Taylor Keeney is a proven conservative problem solver. When she sees a need, she dives right in, bringing people together to help those in need,” said Senator Siobhan Dunnavant. “Taylor is a critical thinker who will advocate tirelessly for Central Virginia against the loudest voices in Washington DC. She will take on the special interests and do what is right. Taylor is principled, innovative and determined. I deeply respect Taylor and I’m grateful she is willing to step forward and be a part of the solution.”
“You know Senator Dunnavant as Dr. Dunnavant, a woman with boundless energy and drive,” said Taylor Keeney. “She is a true force, whose leadership for our community is inspiring; she proved you can win in tough places like Virginia’s 7th District. Senator Dunnavant won her re-election in 2019 because of her tireless devotion to Senate District 12, applying smart, conservative solutions to kitchen table issues impacting Virginians across this region. People know: Dunnavant Delivers and that’s the exact approach I will take to Congress.”
Senator Dunnavant will be appearing with Keeney at several stops following this announcement. This Tuesday, August 3, Dunnavant and Keeney will attend two National Night Out events in Henrico. More events will be announced shortly.
